One of the biggest challenges for the future success of a business is the overall shortage of skilled workers in the IT services field. Not only are C-suite executives trying to deal with staffing shortages, they are also having to juggle increasing pressure on IT to deliver and keep all of their systems and data safe on a smaller budget. Dwindling resources have gone from being noteworthy to becoming the new normal.
In order to meet the multiple demands, most CFO’s will look to outsourcing their end-user support or hiring a firm to handle overflow needs during the crunch time of day. Along with this will come more BYOD strategies, off-site server systems that they rent and various cloud solutions.
This will be a new way forward in order to meet demand and remain within budget.
