The vast majority of people are not excited by IT support; most are not even really clear on what a managed service provider actually does! There is a good deal of confusion on what makes support from one company fantastic while another company making the same promises leaves their clients waiting for hours.

This is why we’re here.

As a business owner in the past, our CEO experienced some really painful, stressful, non-responsive customer service. Being an engineer and understanding how to develop processes to make businesses run more smoothly and profitably, Craig turned his attention to end-user support. This is why we have spent years writing our own software that interfaces with the regular tools of the trade. We built something that WE would want to use, not just something to sell.

People ask, “How can you be so passionate about IT? It’s really pretty boring.” Well, on one hand, yes, it’s probably boring to some but that is not the point of our focus. Our focus is on the customer, the human on the other end of the phone that is in desperate need of help. This is where our passion comes from, the human side of technology, not the technology itself.

It probably sounds a bit corny but this mantra works for us, for our partners and our employees. We are very proud of the culture that we have built here at STEADfast, we expect this culture to continue to morph and change as the company grows. However, one thing will always remain the same: people first.
